By accessing and using VALE you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Use of the platform
VALE is a verified business directory. You may use the platform to search for businesses, leave verified reviews, and, if you are a business owner, to manage your profile. Fraudulent use, posting false content, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
2. User accounts
To leave reviews or manage a business you need an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
3. Content and reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. VALE requires proof of service to publish a review. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or is defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
4. Business profiles
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of information published on their profile. VALE reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove profiles containing incorrect or misleading information.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are managed manually. Once payment is confirmed by the VALE team, the plan is activated within the agreed timeframe. No refunds are offered except in cases of error attributable to VALE.
6. Limitation of liability
VALE acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for transactions or agreements between users and businesses. Information on profiles is provided by the businesses themselves. We recommend always verifying information before hiring a service.
